If you are under 18 then yes… but a hell of a lot of under 18’s do it any way.

not really though if youre watching it under 18 then it is illegal… kiddy porn is illegal (or loli as it is called) bestiality im not so sure of, it might and might not be in some states I think…

The legality of pornography on the internet is a labyrinthine mess of laws and regulations, so it’s not surprising that most people answering got it wrong.

The laws regulating pornography have more to do with the transmission than the reception. If a website can be found to have sent pornographic images to a minor, it can be brought up on charges, but if a minor views pornographic material, the minor hasn’t done anything wrong.

The same goes with bestiality. In most states in the US, it is illegal to produce pornographic material involving animals, but it’s not illegal to view or own it. Fortunately for all those zoophiles out there, it’s 100% legal in Denmark for some reason…

Things get even more complicated in the case of child pornography, and every case that comes to trial makes things more of a mess. It is illegal to produce, view, or own kiddie porn, but the definition of what that means has become very twisted. If I take a nude photo of my girlfriend in a sexy pose when we are both 17 1/2, for instance, and that photo is still in my possession when I’m 29, technically, charges could be brought for the possession of child porn even though I clearly wasn’t intending to produce pornography. It’s a mess.

But the short answer is no, it’s not illegal to view porn on the internet, no matter what age you are.
