I.e. which instrument is played by the most people?
i know a lot of people that play the drum.. im not talking your full fledge band drum set.. im talking djembe, bongos etc.. they are virtually used all over the world and its way easyer to tap to a beat than to play say guitar and piano. guitar and piano take a lot of pratice, you could pick up a djembe or a pot or bin and tap to a song beat,
I would still say drum.. anyone can make a drum out of simple parts I.E. pots and pans, palls, garbage bins.. so its much easier for say a less fortunate person to be able to make music without buying it...
I would think guitar because everyone seems to want to play guitar, but not many people really have the patience to learn it.
Drums I would say, because everyone seems to assume it will be "easy to learn".
Guitar without a doubt because it comes in so many varieties. Acoustic, electric, 6 string, 12 string, bass guitar ect. Walk into any music store and see guitars everywhere
Yeah, i thought the piano too, but then I thought on a more global scale... I dunno though, I havent been able to find anything either.
Yes, but how many people actually play the drum. I'm not speaking of availability but rather who actually plays it.
guitar is very popular in north america but when u factor in the rest of the world i would still say drums
I was thinking guitar and a lot of sites say piano, but I cannot find anything definite. Thanx.
i think the guitar and the violin... cause they're the 2 most selled instruments.. in the world
when talking sheer numbers on the world stage, the drum is the one.
The Drum, its on every continent and in ever culture.
Yes, drums. Drums, drums, drums. Of course!
That would be my guess too...
I believe the guitar.
