The vast majority of world leaders are male. The vast majority of local, state and federal leaders are male. The vast majority of business leaders are male.

What do you think of the job they have been doing?

On the average, I’m afraid I’d have to say men, only because women tend to become very empathetic and that leads to some bad decisions.

However, as stated above, there have been some fantastic female political leaders and we shouldn’t really pit one gender against the other.

I wouldn’t use Catherine the Great as an example of a good female leader. She had a lot of lovers who she put in positions of power because, well, they were her lovers. She was also blind to the many scandals and corruption they were involved in, and completely out of touch with the needs of her people.

But a lot of studies and surveys have been done on this, and it’s interesting to see the results. When it comes to working out compromises, being honest with the public, and handling policies on social issues, women seem to outperform men in some surveys. When it comes to being decisive, handling crime, and ensuring national security, the men perform better in survey results. Here’s one such survey:
