what do you mean watching ‘bad things’. Like porn?
Honestly, yes your ISP (Internet Service Provider) can monitor to some degree your traffic online. But they have no reason to do anything about watch porn, since its legal to do that. They are looking more for illegal downloading aka pirated, movies, software and such. And then a lot of them don’t really care what your are doing with it as long as you are not hacking something like government data bases or doing something EXTREMELY illegal.
