How Is This Next Poem?

Circus (9-17-09)

(Ring Master) Have a seat and observe Observe Grixis go insane. He has the nerve To set himself aflame.

(Grixis) I can hear the writing on the wall It speaks oh so loud. It yells down the hall Pleasing a bloodthirsty crowd.

Life can’t go on like this It’s so irrational. I’m living in a circus Without an arsenal.

They won’t Stop Inside I scream so loud! I want This bomb to pop With my tears upon the ground.

Hold on longer I can not And the crowd is cheering! Death is all they want And now, Yes, I’m dieing.

I try to forget the pain The pain of the past. It’s hard at times to ask If you can save my heart for last.

I wish away the pain To send it into slumber. It’s all just the same If I just take a number!

I’ve got one more chance To do right. To destroy this circus It’s tonight.

I will not die tonight But in the light of the sun. With the ashes of this circus Swimming in my lungs…

This is a very old and rough poem of mine, When I was still just finding out what kind of Poetic Form I wanted to start using. Obviously It breaks up towards the end but I figured I’d post it anyways.
