How can I get skinny I need some tips to help me get skinny please help

You might not need a diet. Just eat a little less than you usually would. Don’t skip any meals though. Working out sit ups, pushups, jogging, etc… can help out too. Good luck!

A7x is right, that’s how I lost weight! I didn’t diet… I just ate smaller helpings. And very true, never skip meals!

make sure you don’t skip meals, if you do when you start eating them again your body will pile on weight because its not used to the amount of food your eating. eat healthier, try not to eat burgers etc and eat fruit and veg. also excersize and try walking instead of driving / getting a lift to places you want to go.

well before I got pregg I was 130 and I sliimmmed down to 102 just take walks and ride a bike

this is wierd, but like my mom did it and dropped 12 pounds in a week.

just drink a glass of water before you eat a meal, during the meal, and after the meal. it’s a lot of water, but you can eat anyhting you want and however much you want.

thats a very bold question. exercise is always good. SIT UPS!! exercising in the morning is a very good thing to do because doing this speeds up your metabolism throughout the day. before going to bed is also another good time to exercise because it burns the calories that you took in throughout the day before you go to sleep. if you have calories left over before you go to sleep, they turn into fat. doing everyday things like walking burns calories as well so dont think you have to burn every single one you took in that day. set a goal of how many push ups/sit ups your going to do each day. start off with 10 if you want to do more then do more. start off with 3 days a week. if your want to do more then do more. work your way up. boxing is a good way of exercising as well. taking a walk/jog is excellent. when you walk make sure your walking at a quick steady pace. AND ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS stay hydrated before during and after exercises.

I use to be chubby but now I only weigh 115 and all I do to keep it that way is to exersise in the mornin, if your getting ready for school just turn on the radio and dance round while getting ready.I have p.e first when I get to school so it helps for me lol. Try the adkins diet it halps you drop pounds relentlivly fast I don’t know for ohters but it worked good for me lol hard to keep motivated tho,eat little snacks when you get the munchies,chew on bubble gum! it keeps your appitite down lol or it does mine most of the time we eat out of bordom so if your chewing on GUM it won’t make you wanna eat when your bored.start drinking water when you feel bloated. Do side cruches their easy so you can do quite a few while listing to music! cruches are okay but they bore me,insted get in the position of a crunch but keep arms down beside you and lift to tap the left ankle then right and try both.For thighs this really works fast and you can feel it-meaining you will be soar!!! - but it realy TOANS them up what ya do is take out 20 cards and squate to put them down,don’t bend over,then pick them up doing a total of 40 squates! If you don’t have cards then just do 40 squates without.if you also wanna toan your calves while doing this wear high heels!. TO QUICKLY GET SLIMMER I usually eat small small snacks allot maybe an hour or two appart and then very small meals but on Fridays or Saturda Night out I eat allot wich is not healthy but it works for me.
