Your mom is responsible for you until you are 18. Unless you have another relative to move in with, along with your mom’s permission. The best thing to do is call child protection services and let them know about the situation.

I seen your post and wanted 2 respond. You cant legally emancipate yourself unless you can prove the you can support yourself and a whole lot of other b.s. I included A link so you can read to over.
