Loose atleast 30lbs for my health, im 5'4 and weigh 165lbs

Im suffering from being a little over weight, and what I mean when I say this is, I need to loose atleast 30lbs for my health, im 5’4 and weigh 165lbs..I can feel the extra weight sitting on me, and I can not stand the look of it on me..I dont have a lot of money so I cant afford to buy all this good healthy food all the time..can anyone please gimme advice, I started drink a lot of water and being more active then I normally am by going for walks and kickin a soccer ball around..what are some affective things I can do or buy to use that isnt much money ex: food equipment, and diet products…thank you for your help I appreciate it a lot.

It makes a HUGE difference if you cut out sweets, fried foods and fatty foods! Like, instead of a bowl of ice cream, have an apple. Fast food is really bad for you. Drink lots of water, lay off the soda.

You can do crunches and sit ups and leg lifts for your stomach and it will lose all the stomach fat you have trust me then for your legs you can run for at least 30mins everyday or at least jog ok but if you want more improvement you can run for an hour everyday you should intake like 1,200 calories a day to lose weight you should eat whole grains, dairy products, vegetables, fruits and meat and drink water too avoid junk foods and sodas and it will work I garuantee

I’ve seen a nutritionist for a few years solid and have learned that the key to real* weight loss is a combo of being active, water drinking, the elimination of as much sugar as possible, lesser intakes of things like breads/carbs, and lots of Protein so you won’t want to eat more, not that you do now, just that carbs=cycle. They make you want more of them and it is very hard to detox. ..and

MORE IMPORTANTLY THAN ANYTHING:

Positive frame of mind. I’ve followed the readings of Louise Hay and Dr. Wayne Dyer and The Secret for a long time and have found that when you are ‘out of touch’ that it is a cycle as well. Negative thoughts will bring you down and continue to manifest if you don’t stop them. I know you don’t have money to spend or anything, but just remember, the smallest steps can make the biggest differences. : )

Affirming thoughts in the morning and throughout the day are key to growth.

Try adding some affirmations into your day, some positive words, and using upbeat music to stay active, don’t give up…and don’t weigh yourself too frequently. :)

I am a health guru, so please don’t pay attention to people who are just trying to give you a quick fix, it’s more depressing to lose the weight and gain it all back + than it is to lose it slowly and keep it off. If you eat fiber rich foods it will not only help to remove what your body doesn’t use, but also keeps you feeling full longer. A good rule of thumb is food containing 2grams of fiber for every 100 calories. Fiber One now makes cereals, poptarts, and granola bars that are actually very goog tasting and run about the same price as the stuff that’s just full of sugar. Eating your breakfast less than 30 mins after you wake up in the morning gives your metabolism a boost for the day. Drinking a cup of warm water with honey and lemon helps to cleanse your body of toxins that make you hold onto fat. Also, if you drink a few glasses of ice water a day it will also boost your metabolism because your body has to work to raise the temperature of the water before it can process it. For every one degree it has to raise, you burn about 17 calories and kick your metabolism up a notch. Don’t cut your carbs to much, that is where you get the bulk of your energy from, not protien. Protient is important for the grow and developement of muscles so it is important, but lean protien, like chicken and fish. Balance and portion size are the key. Good luck and I hope this helps.
