ok so there's this guy lets call him frank and I've known him for about two years. I liked him for about 10 months and never said anything. the only reason I didn't was because frank was like in love with this one girl lets call her Jess . ok so I stared hanging out with franks group and got to know his best friend we will call him Joe . I ended up dating Joe for about a month, later we broke up. but in the time we were dating I got to know frank really well and also became best friends with Jess. I continued to be best friends with Jess and we got really close. then Jess and frank fell apart. well I ended up hooking up with frank behind Jesse back. and by hooking up I mean we made out and he fingered me. then Joe my ex found out and threatened to tell. so we stopped hooking up. then me and frank started talking and we decided to hook up again. we did and he fingered me and ate me out. then he started asking about sex and I wanted to. well my friend Jess found out about the hooking up and shes not talking to me now. well we just hooked up again and ended up having sex(my 1st time). well I don't regret it or anything but there's another problem. he really likes this other girl. lets call her Tina. I want to be more than his hook up buddy but im not sure what to do? please help!!!

Oh wow- There really isn't anything you can do now, you gave into this guy. No offense but you shouldn't have been easy, this guy is getting the best of both worlds. You gave him what he wanted so now there's nothing left to do. You'll never be more than his hook up buddy now because he knows you'll put out with not string attached. Let alone the fact that he likes someone else...
the best thing you can do is tell frank how you feel better you try and find our he doesnt want a relationship then you keep fooling around with him and just get more attached. you shouldnt have gone that far with him like the old saying why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free
