Need to lose weight

I need to lose weight. im not just saying im fat when I weigh like 2 stone, no , seriously im over weight and am VERY UNHAPPY. any exercise that is fun and I can look forward to doing? like I heard the WII is good? and any other exercise machiness that anyone can recomend. please, this will make me so much happier

eat 5 small meals instead of 3 big meals, this keeps your metabolism going all day long. try riding your bike or walking with friends, or walk your dog. if you dont have a dog, voulenteer at the humane society and walk thoose dogs. you could also try wii fit and wii sports. that isn’t as good as real exercise, but it’s something.

alice, stop talking through your bumhole..

Katt, you have to keep eating, despite what she says, cause other wise you will lose muscle before anything.. so basically, eat 5 small meals a day, walk around a lot, dance to good music, do activities which keep your mind from food.

y don’t you try going on you tube and putting in fitness or somet and it will cum up with fun and easy workouts you can so. It worked for me.

try running to some up beat songs or jogging…go to the track every afternoon or morning with or without a friend..what helps a lot too is if you like go up and down stairs..if not plan lots of times with a bunch of frineds to go play b ball or something and well its fun and at the same time it’ll make you lose calories! hope this helped some..need anymore ideaz just funmail me :) -good luck
