  You get a Frisbee and go to an ultimate Frisbee course. There will be a small area for you to throw your Frisbee into and you have to try to get your frisbee into this area. as you continue there will be more places to get your frisbee into and you just follow along the course. Your goal is to make the frisbee into each designated area with fewest tries.
