How do you get rid of pimples?
first thing: throw away all your make-up and old brushes you've been using. they collect the worst bacteria and germs.
second: proactiv solution. I hate infomercials but this definitely worked for me. after a while though, it stopped working (your skin just adapts to anything you use too much, truth be told). so now I use it maybe 3 times a week. I found a happy medium and it works great.
third: reduce the amount of sugar and greasy foods you consume. soda, candy, iced coffee drinks, etc... drink plenty of water and eat healthier.
fourth: don't over abuse your skin. when people break out, they have a tendency to go nuts and scrub the crap out of it and put on all sorts of stuff. chill out! you may irritate it and end up making it worse.
keep in mind that nothing will be a magical cure for it, unfortunately. you can definitely reduce it but don't think you're going to wake up one day and it'll be gone forever Sometimes even toothpast or peroxide helps.. trust me I know--but at least you'll feel more confident! I hope this helps!
I suggest Pro-Activ. I think it's more for Acne but it works great for pimples. Leaves your skin super smooth. And now it's sold at malls instead of only through ads on TV.
L`REAL (it worked on our whole family) I just stared using it, it burns like hell, but it works GOOOD!! try it out, it's a lil' expensive, but it's worth it!
Pro Activ worked for me very well.
