how can pimples be prevented
- Try using Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5% or 2.0% Salicylic Acid. Benzoyl is more powerful in my opinion, but Salicylic wins people with sensitive skin. I use Salicylic Acid. Then again, everyone has different reactions to the chemicals.
- Don't rub your skin dry. Remember, you want to be gentle to your skin. Scrubbing harder or rubbing harder isn't going to do you any good. Just irritates the pimple, making it worse. Try patting dry after a wash.
- Don't touch your face. Oils on hands will get on your skin and make things worse.
- Drinking 2 Liters of water everyday can help. Water keeps the skin moist and looking young. It also flushes your waste system (urine)
Well, I don't know about any home remedies, but I heard putting tooth paste helps dry out the pimple. I wouldn't recommend it but if you really have to, give it a go. Just put a dab of tooth paste (not gel paste) on the pimple. Let it sit there for 5 - 15 minutes then wash it off.
This might sound nasty... But, I always have mixed a tiny glass of milk up, w/ 1 egg, honey, lemon juice, and oat meal (to make it feel like it's exfoliating ...can't spell). Then, I scrub my face with it for 3 nights, then throw it out and make a new one. Then, in the morning I use sunscreen on my face (even if it's winter), I do it not to keep my face out of the sun ,b/c, if your in the sun for 15 mins, it's actually good for your skin, but to make it harder for dirt to get in to my pores.
pimples can not be stopped but it can controlled. it take place due to heat in our body or changing in harmones of our body or some dieases which is exiting by face which causes pimples .THE BEST WAY TO CONTROL IT DRINK ATLEAST 2.5 LITRES OF WATER A DAY AND DO NOT EAT SUGAR .IF AT NIGHT WHEN you are SLEEPING DRINK 5B FULL GLASSES OF WATER AS you CAN AND SURE you FEEL THE DIFFERENCE ON MORNING TEST IT BUT you ALSO HAVING LOT OF URIN AFTER DRINKING WATER :-)
pimple comes due to the sweating which covers the hole of a cell in the face .
and it also comes due to the exposion of heat from our body.
so , drink min 2 litres of water in a day.
dry your hair after bathing .
try to eat fruits .
wash your face with ice water . this shoul be continued for a month . then only it can show the proper result
If you have long hair then keep out of your face when possible.. like when you're going to sleep. It will prevent your skin from getting greasy.. and prevent the grease clogging up pores.. causing spots =]
Wash your face regularly with a facial soap, don't touch your face, and don't wear too much makeup.
was your face daily, advoid sugars, eat and sleep right, drink lots of water.
