I have quite a lot of pimple scars :( some are pretty big and dark and some are small and light..my self esteem has gone down a lot.I am 15 and im from malaysia and im asian.I've tried everything I can find on the internet to find little and almost no improvement at all.Can someone help me please? it has been like this for four years of my life.Everything one scar slowly fades away a few more pimples pop up and leave scars.I have read many ways to pop a pimple in emergencies but it still leaves marks anyways.I try not to pop them but they eventually pop on their own.Can someone help me?I cant see and doctor or dermatologist because my mum says that all my scars and pimples will eventually go away but it doesnt :( can someone help?
well, depending on how bad, you'll have to tell your mom that sometimes it doesn't go away. you might really need to go to a dermatologist and they can give you medicine. be careful what kind though, get all the details about what the medicine is actually made for. my cousin got some for her face and it cleared up beautifully, but then she started feeling really sad and upset and they told the doctor. the doctor said it was for suicide. so yeah, birthcontrol can help a lot with acne too. use facial washes everyday morning or night. everyone can be helped, you just have to find the right stuff. and some tips on stopping it from appearing, don't stress out. if you're stressed about low self esteem, try not to think about it cause they will go away. eat healthy and stay clean. wash your face daily. you'll find something.
well in your case you must see a dermatologist ... they have the best remedies ... another thing you have to stop popping your pimples .. that is wats producing you scars and the production of more pimples ... also try washin your face two times a day ... keep it as clean as possible and do not touch your face a lot ... your hands may be full of germz and bacteria ... you may also want to try using homemade facial masks ... they are healthy for your skin ... but try to consult a dermatologists ... you may probably need an injection monthly for it or something ...
This sounds stupid but start washing your face with honey and the scars fade in days. Seriously. I also have a few dots of honey on my face right now as spot treatments. It kills bacteria, exfoliates, and (if you can stop picking your acne) makes your skin like GLOW! I had perfect skin a month ago then I popped a few whiteheads so now I have some temporary red scars. But that's my fault =P
seee a dermatologist tell your mom how much its afeecting you and shell cave eventuallyy... in the meantime you can go get facial in a salon trust me your skin will feel amazing use oil free moiturizer daily so that the sun dsnt make the pimple scars worse. try store baught or home made facial but don't over use cz it can dry your skin. good luck =]
thank you all for your advice but my mum wont let me see a dermatologist :(..she said it'll go away eventually >.>.. and she gets angry if I ask too much.I eat lots of fruits everyday but may I know specifically what type?And what type of diet should I have?
fruit have a lot of sugar in them try a lot of water and stay away from salt as much as possible because a lot of salt will give you white heads
