pimple looking rash on my face

its all over my face its even above my eyes does any one know what it is or how to get rid of it please help me thanks peggy

I’m sure a regular face wash would do the trick… Because I used to have something like that, and I just experimented with different face cleansers, and it did the trick!!

I used to get hives and they were just really really tiny dots super close to eachother all over my face. I’m horrible at explaining. But if that is what it is think of if you’ve done anything differently. Different face wash, ate something you usually dont, it could be a number of things.

WHAT ARE YOU USING ON YOUR FACE? ARE YOU USING STEROID OINTMENT LIKE HYDROCORTISONE? IF SO HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN USING IT?

any new meds you could be allergic to? Is it a flat red rash? take an allergy pill like zyrtec but preferably Benedryl. Use Aquanil soap then apply hydrocortisone. Call your Dr.
