What would happen if a 14 year old took pills to lose weight that are ment for adults???
Diet Pills/Fat Burners DO NOT WORK. There is no magical pill that you can take that just melts the fat away. All the stuff you see on tv is garbage. Hydroxycut, and others are nothing special. This is how the fat burners work, they increase your core temperature and give you a high dose of caffeine. The temperature increase makes you sweat more. The more you sweat, the more water you lose. When you get on the scale it makes it seem as if you have lost weight, but in all reality you have only lost water weight. The caffeine gives you a temporary boost in energy which make you a little more active, thus burning a bit more calories then not being hopped up on stimulants.
Diet pills and are waste of time and money. Go to the gym and work it off. It's going to be a pain. Gaining it is way easier then losing it, but if you are seriousl about it, it can be done. Dont say you cant, and never give up!
They COULD have some serious side effects... But on some medications 14 year olds are considered adults. You should contact a pharmacist on this question.
You are overly concerned about this weight loss process I've seen all your threads you need to just stick with diet and exercise
