With IE and Opera it’s right click and “Save picture as…”. If it’s a thumbnail that opens a picture in your browser, you can right click on the thumbnail and “Save target as …”.

Right click the picture “save file as” and you can download. However, keep in mind, doing so may violate the copyright of the company or entity in question. So read their terms of service before doing so, etc.
