I don’t use any of the nextel/boost phones, but if it’s like most other phones, the options are you can “email” the images (not very effective), or connect the phone directly with a data cable.
Some phones though don’t give you access to where the pics are stored — so — you’ll want to look at data transfer software and cable that says it has proper acces to your phone files.
