okay im 13 and I have to get a physical for cheerleading on wednesday...alls I what to know is EXACTLY what they do. im scared of this, are they going to put their finger in me. do I have to get a pap smear? im super scared please help!
The physicals in our high school were also done in a "group setting." About 4 or 5 of us girls undressed together and then waited to be examined individaully by a male doctor. Everything came off except our underwear, only the nurse and her secretary were present for the undressing. The physical itself was done behind a screen with just the doctor. It didnt bother me at all, but some of the girls were squeemish about standing in the office in their underwear waiting for their turn- they thought for sure there would be a fire drill or something and all the boys would get a good look at them! LOL.
when I went they did the usual piss in a cup(hard!)and blood pressure finger pric height and weight the also ,ake you remove your top to exam stomach and look to see if your boobs are devoloping good and I put it back on and they also asked me about my period and stuff then made me lye on the examining tabel and THEY removed my panties and skirt and placed a thin sheet of paper over stomache and examed my vagina and kinda pulled my lips apart and then they put them back on me and they tested my reflexes and my mom was in the room =(
basicly all they do is... height weight blood presure sometimes piss in a cup check spine for scoliosis listen to heart and lungs check mouth eyes ears throat a nose test reflexes ask questions about yerr period and stuff and there might b some aditional test if they find something wrong the whole physical will probly b just in yerr bra and panties and they might lift the front of yerr panties and take a quick look
We had to strip down to our bras and panties and get examined. There was a nurse and a feaml hall monitor present. The monitor watched us undress and then gave us hall passes to go back to class after it was over. The amle doctor seemed to enjoy seeing all girls in just their undies.
im a vball varsity player but the weirdest check on my body is that I need to remove my pants & my panty and then cough out loud to check for some lumps above my reproductive organ. but it's very fast. although our doctor is a guy.
It's nothing sexual at all, it doesn't involve your private parts in any way. For the most part they just check your throat, hearing, weight, height, etc. just little things.
nothing like that at all! jeez lol its just basically they check your weight height and simple things like that.. sort of like a check-up but not exactly like that.
yea you dont have to worry abt that stuff till you go 2 the gynecologists
