Physical Checkup thing. ugggh

Kay, my mom suggested last night she shold get me in for physical. like checkup. and I asked what they do in that. Breasts, breathing, bloo pressure and down there and wahtever. I told my boyfrend this and he said that a good way mothers figure out their daughters had sex is from this checkup. because I its ‘that loose’ the docs’ll know somethigs been up there and yeah.

So im just freaking out that I my mom was seriouos about getting me one this year. she might find out that I’ve had sex. shes asked me if I ever had with my boyfriend, I said no and she told me 16 or 17. im only 15. Just turnd. So, can my mom really fnd out if I had sex or not? :(

Your boyfriend has absolutely NO idea what he’s talking about.

  1. Your doctor cant tell if you’ve had sex because your hymen can be broken from tampons, rough sports, etc. and you could be “loose” just from masturbation, doesn’t mean you had sex.

  2. It’s ILLEGAL for your doctor to even do that

Don’t worry about the checkup. It is a good thing to have at your age because if the doctor does find any medical problems he would be able to start you working to correct the problem.

Don’t worry, he wouldn’t be able to tell your mom if you are sexually active or not. The only thing he can tell your mom is negative health issues that need to be treated in which case he needs your mom’s permission to treat you.

Patient and doctor confidentiality is very important and the doctor can only say something if he or she thinks its an emergency they can get in a lot of trouble for doing that…
