What should I do when my photographers incessantly cancel or change our photo-shoots?

Change Photographers, I have been taking pictures for over 20 years and have only canceled shoots the day my father died. there is no excuse to cancel more than once.

I would call them, respectfully explain my discontent with their services (constant cancellations), then explain that they have left me with no other choice but to cancel their services and find other services that will better please me in a more timely manner. Then I would do a search for a new photographer.

It may not be the funnest route to take, but they accepted your request. It’s their job to deliver a finished product to you in a timely manner. It’s not appropriate or acceptable for them to constantly shift you around.

Yes, that was my thought too but I didn’t want to seem as bitter or snobby.
