I think so. Whether it will be a huge difference is hard to say but there should definately be a difference. Lower weights and more repetition is usually good for girls, so you get good muscle tone without getting really huge muscles! Protein is good, and since you are trying to tone, not lose weight, you will need to get a good amount of carbohydrate too
you will definately tone up if you keep going regularly. How much will depend on how hard to work out and on your own genetic factors. Good nutrition helps too
