If a dog licks your plate after you are one with it and then you wash it does the saliva stay on the plate even after washing
No, as long as you use a disinfecting soap or anti-bacterial. Throw it in the dishwasher, kill two birds with one stone. lol

if you dont really scrub then I would think so. hand wash it and then put it in the dishwasher, just to be safe. =]
no, its the same with your saliva on your plate and cutlery if you wash it, and wash it propery it will be clean
NO!!! If you wash it with soap and water and rinse it with clean water, germs will be gone.
Not if you really wash it. Belive it or not a dogs mouth has less germs then ours.
