What can I say to persuade my audience that Facebook is a problem?

I don’t think there is really anything you can say to persuade them. Girls nowadays like to show alot of skin, I think it’s just the time that we live in. Things are different than they were in the past. There was a time when a female couldn’t show her legs. The part about stalkers is unfortunate and they need to take precautions against that. I don’t like facebook and deleted my account because everyone is in everyone else’s’ business on the site.

You could be easily hacked. With all the false advertisements, links, videos, photos. Just one click and suddenly they have control of your account. I also heard that Facebook has been friending random people without notifying people, but I’m not actually sure. Also accepting all friend requests without actually knowing the person, I think said is another way hackers get your info.

Cyber bullying, wasting time when they could be spending it doing something productive, online predation… What are you trying to do…?

There are people who will use facebook to communicate with someone in the same house as them. People spend more time telling everybody what they are doing than actually doing things! Someone once showed me a funny picture of two people getting married, glued to their phones while the celebrant says “you may now update your status.” I think a good arguement is that all these social networking sites are actually decreasing the quantity of actual face-to-face interaction.
