Perky breasts?

How can I get my breasts to be more perky? An exercises or vitamins I could take?

All these gimmicks that are available rarely work. You could try pectoral muscle exercises although this will not make that much difference.

exercises for your pectoral muscles will give you perky ones :) very simple ones, too… like stuff you can do at the gym or just sitting at home. it’s best to do this with either a ball or hoop with a little resistance, but it works without too: either put the resistance object in front of you and hold is between your hands like you’re praying (if you aren’t using anything just press your hands together) and squeeze as hard as you can 20 times then on the 21st time hold it as long as you can. rest for about 15 seconds, repeat. I’d say do two or three sets of those per day and you’ll see a noticeable difference in a week or so. anything that works out your pecs will work, I specifically like that exercise - which is what I use - and heh, I’ve been voted “best breasts” multiple times on various modeling websites and I’m an A… works for me!

yea just listen to kiwikatya1008…alls I have to say is DONT use any kind of pills to help that out…please they are sooo bad for you !!
