  It sounds like your period might be getting, I didn't have cramps till having my period for 8 years! I suggest you wearing a panty liner for the next few days just in case it comes. After those few days if it's still not there start carrying some pads around in your purse.

  I have already tried tampons though and I know to take them out every 2-4 hours and I know my size which is like regular an so is it still ok
