Does my period sound normal?

I had my period the 10th to the 15th in July. I started again on the 30th and am still on it. Does it sound normal or irregular?

Answer #1

Answer #2

you should have a 28 day cycle, i’d go to your gp to be sure… but your cycle can vary at times.

what on earth are those first two replies about ???

Answer #3

Yes, it sounds normal. That was a 21 day cycle. Start keeping track of your menstrual cycles, starting from your first full day of bleeding as DAY 1 to the following Months cycle first day of bleeding and you will mostly likely see a pattern of 21 to 28 days between your cycle every month. The typical cycle is 28 days, although some are as short as 21 days and others are as long as 45, which is unusual. Hope That Helps. :-)

Answer #4

What kind of answers are those? “Normal” can be different for every woman. I would need to ask you some more questions to be able to help you with deciding what is normal for you. I don’t feel it would be appropriate to ask these questions on a public post. If you would like to explore this, send me a private message. However, if you have any doubt when it comes to your cycles, you will get the best advice from your doctor.

Answer #5

um… wow… well, I’ve bled before, but I wasn’t using a needle, so it could be normal. my advice would be to stay away from the needle, just use your fingers… or … something else. I don’t know.
