why is my period all the sudden so bad?

well your menstruation cycle can vary from month to month due to anything from stress or if you were on medications due to a cold… You will not have the same cycle every month…one month you may get it really light & no pain…another month it may be a lot heavier with pains that are so strong that you may need pain killers like Midol or as mild as Advil…it’s normal for this to happen you just have to cope with the changes. Just try to find ways to help ease the pain… What worked for me was when I was married my ex would lay next to me and massage my tummy for some odd reason it helped… Today, now that he is my ex…I just get a hot water bottle & lay it on my tummy where i have the cramps & it really eases the pain…

Mine were the same. They never hurt until one month a year and a half ago they were horrfic! Then after that they were still bad even now. I’m not sure what it is…my doctor said it could be PMDD, thats why i’m on birth control. I would make a doctor’s appointment if its like that next month. hope i helped!
