Seasonable period?

Is it true that you can ask you doctor for seasonable periods where you will only get 4 periods a year?

Answer #1

Yes, that’s correct. If your doctor is fine with you having seasonal periods every year, then he can recomend that.

Answer #2

Seasonale, Seasonique & Yaz are some of the popular birth control pills that offer seasonal periods. Ask your doctor about it.

Answer #3

Yes its true, I used to take the pill and would take 3 months worth at a time and then take the week off. There are a lot of options just ask your doctor about it.

Answer #4

yea there are some

Answer #5

Eh, I would suggest not doing this because then you have nasty break through bleeding that is unpredictable. It’s very annoying. My doctor told me to wait 3 months to have my period because I was having really bad mood swings and stuff and I hated it. I ruined a lot of underwear and it wasn’t worth it at all. It’s easier just to have it once a month when you know when you’re going to have to so you’re prepared.
