Period sleep leaking

I don’t know where you heard that you can’t, because I had periods for over 30 years and it leaked plenty of times when I was asleep, which stained sheets, bedding and all, this can sometimes be embarrasing. So my best advice for this is, plan for leaks so that you can avoid if from happening. Either set an alarm or something to wake you during the night so that you can change (your pad, tampon whatever) or try using an “overnight”/heavy form of whichever you use. Good luck…

I have heavy periods, use night brands and I still leak, I’m 15 and if I had a pound for everytime I leaked I’d be minted. I lye on my front because I am awful for fidgeting. I admit it isn’t comfortable but if you do leak, my advice is to get the sheets etc in the wash straight away and use a good detergent, I advise surf small and mighty. Also, use cheaper sheets when you are on because then it doesn’t matter quite as much if you do.

everyone leaks during their period, sleep with a tampon in and a pad so leaks will be small if any, but make sure to change your tampon in the morning otherwise you’ll leak during the day :(

It depends on if your flow is heavy or not.

yeaa I do 2…and and yea I guess if you dont move a lot it wont leak as much…but im still pritty sure that you do no matter what =/

yeah… sure you can, but if you try to sleep “without moving too much” it usually wont..
