how can i make my perfume last longer?

and do guys prefer musky perfumes or fruity perfumes, like vanilla, or do you like clean fresh scents? or any other kind?

Answer #1

Well I know I like vanilla, but I think this all depends on the guy.

Answer #2

My boyfriend likes fruity and clean fresh scents on me :)

Answer #3

i like vanilla too, alot but guys seem to have diff sence of smell cuz this girl at my school sprayed somethin in english and i thought it smelled nice and so did the other girls, but then a lot of the guys were like eeeeeewww stop sprayin stuff that sh!t stinks

Answer #4

what are some of the fresh clean scent? and can u tell me where u got them?

Answer #5

LOL, did it smell overly flowery?

Answer #6

To get ur perfume to last longer u must ( in my experiance ) get a more expensive perfume, hypnotic poison is a good one, its kinda vanilla and it last a long time, the price ranges from 60 to 80 per bottle but it will last u bout a year, its a classy kind of a smell and I haven’t found anyone that dosent like it

Answer #7

I get all my smells from victoria secrets, and “secret charm” Is a nice fresh clean scent. I actually just got up and went to go check just to be sure :)

Answer #8

One thing you have to be careful about with any smell is spraying to much, when good smells become overpowering they in turn smell gross.

Answer #9

lol, thanx i get purfume from victorias secret too, but i always have a hard time choosing

Answer #10

lol no, not to me at least, it smelt vanillaee but mabey she sprayed to much or they were just purposly tryin to be d!cks cuz then a few days later one of the guys that said it stunk said it smelt good

Answer #11

I think the smell of the perfume should only be apparent when you are close, like when you are kissing her neck, not when you walk in the room.

Answer #12

Yep that’s wat it does, u can smell like when someone walks in the room and its not an overwhelming smell, that’s wat makes it good and it lasts a long time, I mean the smell that’s on u and how long the bottle lasts

Answer #13

My brother says vanilla , because it smells delightfull, and put some perfume & lotion together behind your ears, chest and under your hand for it to last longer.

Answer #14

True, you are in high school.

Answer #15

I’ve always found that if you get the lotion along with the perfume it tends to last longer. Also the girl is right. Higher quality perfumes last longer. And in my opinion… musky perfumes are for grandmothers. Try YSL Parisienne. Its a beautiful fragrance!

Answer #16

Get a set with the perfume like a body lotion or body wash in the same scent. Also try some scents from Bath and Body Works. Their stuff lasts a long time.

Answer #17

Have you tried Strawberries and Champagne or Pure Seduction from Victoria’s Secret? They smell amazing.

Answer #18

yep, i love them but i dont think they last long

Answer #19

lol yep

Answer #20

They do for me if you layer the scents. I use both the body lotion and spray. Sometimes you just can’t tell if the scent is lasting. Your nose becomes accustomed to it where you can’t smell it anymore after a while.

Answer #21

Firstly, the kind of fragrance makes a difference. Eau de toilette or cologne do not last very long. Eau de parfum last better, and parfum lasts even longer. Secondly, layer it if you can. Wash with the matching shower gel, and use the matching moisteriser before you use the fragrance. If you dont have the matching body wash and moisteriser, use unscented products instead. Also, remember while you may not be able to smell it, its doesnt mean no one else can. You tend to get used to the smell of your own perfume after a while. I like perfumes with vanilla and sandlewood notes, or citrusy ones. I mostly use yves st laurent cineme and babydoll, and jean paul gaultier classiqe - my boyfriend seems to like all of them.

Answer #22

u make a good point cuz somtimes i will think my perfume wore off, but then pple will come up to me and say i smell good.
