I did. I started smoking when I was 16 and this was going on until I was pregnant (I was 26 years old) So I was a bad smoker for 10 years. Someone gave me a book written by Depak Copra, there saying that my body will do whatever I want and whatever I say. The next day, I just quit smoking for good.... Stopping smoking is as easy as clicking your finger, if you can control your emotion and your body, there is no such word called ADDICTION!!!
i stopped smoking with patches and chewing gum then just chewing gum and im neally off everything full stop..
but i tend to only have a chewing gum 1st thing in the morning cus i find that the hardest time and this is after 1 year.
I'm off them almost a week, cold turkey. Although I'm using a paul mckenna's hypnotism cd and alan carrs quit smoking book to help. I cant use patched highly allergic. Havent tried the electronic cigarettes. Any good?
It is ALL GOOD! Best decision I ever made towards my health, shall I say more! Technology finally helps us for long term.
