Hmmm i tried looking it up but they do not mention it, supposably even if you don't camp out you can still get a wristband on Friday. You don't necessarily have to get a wristband to see the show though, since it's outside. Me and my friends went last year without a wristband and we still were able to see the red carpet and shows.
If you are refering to the Much Music Video Awards in Toronto, then yes. People are currently camping out for the wristbands right now, Much Music will start handing them out on Friday.
I have no clue who ur talkin bout but I'm sure if they wanted the tickets bad enough they wud camp out
