If they can, don’t answer with a,”are you stupid, of course they can” .
Yes, they jolly well can. And have been, and will be again. The halls of Funadvice are littered with banned members.
Yes, they can delete accounts. It happens occasionally. But you can get an account here by just giving an e-mail address. So people can make new accounts, using a different e-mail address after being banned. Deleted users sometimes do return and repeat the iniquity they have been banned for.
Yep, it certainly can happen.
yes their accounts are deactivated and either they are suspened for awhile or can never get their account back.

yup this site has admins n they deactivate ur accnt if u misbehave or increase ur points by creating fake profiles
