how do people become advisors??

They are recommended or chosen by editor or thedude. A lot of times the advisors will vote on new advisors to come in, but the ultimate decision as to who gets the title is editor’s. Feel free to send her a funmail if you want to be one or if you know someone who may make a good one.

They give well thought out informative answers that are factual and actually help the people that are asking. You can either be asked tobe an advisor or you can ask to be one.

You have to be over 13 (needless to say, you’re not supposed to be on this site if you’re not 13). You have to have been on here for at least a month. You have to be quite active. You have to be following the rules. Other than that, give helpful advice, and you might want to learn the way the site works. This question has been asked many times before and you could have found answers by using the search function. Learn the rules too, the terms of use are at the bottom right of the page.

yes i know i could have searched it but i was not sure if things changed because the sight was rebuilt.
