Penis Pimples(?) and leg rash please help!

I’ve kind of got two questions here, I’m currently 17 years old (male) and I’ve noticed for the past few years I have lots of small almost pimple like protrusions on the base and lower part of my penis, and recently (last 2 months) I have developed what appears to be a rash between my legs, it is rather itchy and is starting to spread slowly down my legs.

Any advice would be great!!!

p.s. I have not had any sexual partners

I dont know what the rash would be, so I would see a doc, but the pimples are probably hair bumps because it isnt uncommon for hair to grow at the base or on the shaft

I Would go to your DR that dosent sound like an STD but if it is spreading down your legs you need to get it checked out! you might just have ingrown hairs on your penis and the rash I don’t know but you really need to go to the DR

PS if you have oral sex you can get herpes that way…I know you said you havent had sexual partners but just in case you might of gotten some head…

if pus comes out of the pimples, is not a std is just a pimple, give it a squeeze. if nothing comes out, go see a doctor
