My friends boyfriend spit on me, headbutted me, and pushed me into a pole, that left a bruise on my lower back. we pressed charges about 2 weeks ago, and havent heard anything from the cops. i went to my "friends" house, to hangout with her sister. (my "friend" is no longer living there.) anyway, she came over there while i was there, so me and her sister went to the back room. i left my bag of clothes in the living room. after she left, we went in there, and eight of my shirts were missing, along with a skirt, and shorts. this is not the first time she has stole clothes from me. What should I do? call the cops? i really want my clothes back. if i told the cops, what would be the penalty on her? what would happen to her? she needs to be punished. she has also stolen from her sister, and another one of my friends. this needs to stop. thank you.
Depends on how much the clothes she took were worth. If its only a couple hundred worth she would be looking at a fine and having to pay you back or give you your clothes back along with community service. If it was closer to a thousand dollars shes looking at a fel*ny charge and ja il time.
knowing that the other person could be naked for one day, cause u stole that outfit.... tis tis...
You're gonna need proof that she did it, though. You need to find your clothes in her possession.
