How can I get over hearing my parents having sex?

a few nights ago I heard my parents having sex and for some reason it like upsets me can anyone tell me how to get over this. I am 16 but im not a virgin either I need someone to help please

but anyways ummm I say you tell her straight out…mom please dont have sex while im at the house…it makes me unconfortableand I can hear everything…thats the best way I know she will probabaly stop!!

You need to figure out why it upsets you before you can get over it. You say you’re not a virgin, do you enjoy sex? If so…what’s wrong with them enjoying it? If it weren’t for them having sex, you wouldn’t be here. :p

I had the same problem my self. but I asked if I could watch she said ok. a few days after that she asked if wanted to join her and her boyfriend and now I am having sex with my own mum and it feels great.

Get a guy and go have sex in your room and then your mum will no how annoying it is LOL
