What should i do about my parents and my college?

okay. i cant figure how this new site works lol so ill do it like this. im going to college this fall.I have one college, LEE, and its always been my dream to go there. And now i wanna go to another college, TCC, and get general studies done (for half price) and then transfer to LEE. that doesnt sound bad. BUT my dream of lee has turned into my parents dream, more then mine. and if i go to tcc ill be living with my boyfriend (weve been dating almost 3 yrs) and my dad is a pastor. so ill be happy going to tcc but my parents will hate it. what do i do?

Compromise? Dont live with your boyfriend and go to TCC, and then transfer to LEE. And look, if your relationship with your boyfriend is meant to last, it will last. Dont compromise your dream of this school just so you can go live with him. Your education wont leave you. Your boyfriend, however, you never know.

there is no compromise sadly. its go or dont go, i have no one else to live with. :( if i move somewhere else i have to pay rent and i might as well go to LEE. and im not giving up my dream for him, im not that dumb lol. Im doing it cus i cant afford LEE for 4 years. but ill still go for 2, only because i need it for my major. And honestly its been rubbed in my face so much lately i dont even wanna go anymore. but thanks for trying :)
