what do i do if i have parents that dont get me at all?

my mom is sooo judgemental im about to be 15 and im to the point where i just cant wait to be 18 and move out…ive always had good grades and everything but she claims ive changed….and of course ive changed i tell her like everyday im not the same little girl yes i act different at skool then how i act at home…but theres just nothing for me to talk about or anything..i talked to my mom about it i told her that she needs to stop saying that she wishes i was the old me because it makes me feel like she doesnt like the person i am right now…that she only wishes and misses the old me..and to top it off she came into my room to “talk” to me because my grandparents r at our house staying for about a month theyve only been here for a couple of days and they told my mom that ive changed and that i dont talk to them when i try hard i ask them if they need anything i always say goodnight to them i help them if they ever need help i try…so my mom talked to me and said that they said that they wanna go back…she was practicaly blaming it on me like always…it just pisses me off so much…because i try im not a rebel or anything yea at skool imma goof ball but im not rebelious i feel like ive done everything but i just cant seem to please her or my dad or anyone in my family im always screwing up they cant accept me they used to always comment on the way i dressed skinny jeans shirts bracelets and converse…im just :/ i know they love me but they dont have a great way in showing it….if u read all this i appreciate it any advice in my situation thats been goin on for a long time…cant wait till im 18
