Parental problems causing harm to my love life

Well my parents are together but I noe for sure that both parents are cheating on each other And I noe this is bad but I read my mom’s txt message and the guy wants her to meet her at a spa And now when it comes to guys I always think bad thoughts because of my parents

Soo should I tell my parents that I noe. Or should I just pretend I noe nothing? And how do I not have my parents problems with love affect mine? Please help

yea tell them. its for the best. but make sure you bring up your health and well being because really everything is about you. you dont want this to break out into something bad

you should tell her you know, and tell her how it makes you feel and that it makes you not trust guys, due to what she is doing,
