why did i panic when i was high?
i smoked the other day with my friend and we both probably smoked 10 hits each (we smoked a blunt). we felt high, but overall fine and it wore off in a few hours and we fell asleep. The night after i had some weed left and didnt want to leave it in my house, so i smoked it out of my bowl and probably took 6 hits right in a row. I was by myself and i went into my bathroom to brush my teeth, expecting to just enjoy my high and go to bed, but all of a sudden i felt a rush of this burning sensation run from my head to my toes and my heart was pounding so fast i was scared i was going to die from a heart attack. I ran downstairs and got water and bread but i was shaking so bad i couldnt even open it. It was weird because i was laying in bed and i SWORE my body was moving and shaking all over but i saw my shadow on the wall and it was perfectly still. i called my boyfriend and he stayed on the phone until i fell asleep, when i talked to him it started to go away, but when he would ask me if i was ok, the burning and shaking got worse. so basicly what im asking is why do you think i had this reaction the second time i smoked the same weed?
Was it from the same baggie of weed you used in the blunt? If it was different, perhaps it was laced with something. Ifew times i smoked dro or even reggie, i swore my body was moving so id say thats normal, but i dont know about you heart rate. I dont think ive had that before. Make sure your dealer isnt lacing it with anything and not telling you.
it was from the same baggie, thats why i was confused? cause when i was high i kept swearing it was laced but i realized that i would have reacted the night before…hmmmmm..
umm…weed can blow stuff out of proportion.must have been some strong weed tho. that seems like a meth problem. ur dealer could be lacing it, or he could deal meth too and some may have gotten on the weed.
If it was from the bottom of the bag it’s possible THC from the rest of the weed shook to the bottom so the bottom of the bag was extremely strong.
Just a reaction, a bad trip. Its pretty normal in my point of view, happens to everybody that smokes. Not all the time ofcourse. I wish i could tell you more, but thats all i could say.
I’ve had that happen before a few times. and was convinced It was laced. I actually went to my dealer and was screaming at them. Wasn’t laced I just freaked out. It happens to basically everyone that smokes at some point.
You can act different when you get high and are alone then when you get high and are with people.
I used to smoke I guess what you could say a lot when I was younger and I was fine, but the last time I tried I had the same feeling as you, although I know why I felt that way, maybe if you feel like you want to continue smoking don’t smoke alone and don’t smoke as much, it may not take you 2 hits to get high while others could smok a whole blunt and be fine. My advice is not to do it at all although if your going to just be carefull and do it with others so if you feel that way someone will be their with you. P.S Best way to get all those feeling of highness to go away is to eat a lot munchies and go to sleep…
LOL…Meth doesn’t make you feel like that either, and if she would have smoked any thing laced with meth or meth straight she would not have fallin asleep. Meth is an upper not a downer it would have made her more alert and open not feel like she did.
While I don’t think this a possibility, because the poster did say they were fine the first day, having both meth and weed at the same time could’ve caused the panic attack. Taking an upper and a downer at the same time could really mess with someone. That’s why they outlawed that alcoholic energy drink a while back.
