. Lissenup mate - get yourself down the supermarket - you can get a pair of boys flats for about five quid. It is just not worth the hassle of trying to make them out of a pair of flip flops. . I mean, what are you going to do when you need a pair of flip-flops if you've made them into flats?

Do you mean flats as in ballet flats? - and if so is it because you want the extra support that you believe flip-flops might give across the soles of your feet ?
