How do I keep losing weight?

for years I've thought I am really fat. I'm 15 and 5 ft 1 and I weight 123 pounts. I used to weight 133 but I lost ten pounds at camp. I want to keep losing weight but I dont really know how. At camp I had a set schedule of activities and I was doing sports all day. But at home I don't really have any friends and im not in any sports. I try to go running but it gets really hot outside and im sad without my camp friends. I cant throw up my food. a few months ago I tried but its just really gross. I try to just not eat but I cant go without food. I really want to be happy with the way I look but I dont think I ever can be. There are a lot of things I don't do because I think im fat. I used to dance but I stopped because I wanted to go to camp. I wont go back because you have to wear leotards and that makes me look fat. And I never want to wear any clothes I like because they make me look fat. Please help me!!!
