Go to an amusement park and just make yourself ride them.
Sit in the most harmless kiddie-roller-coaster they have (take a friend who will encourage you), cling to anything you can get hold of, close your eyes and SCREEEEAM while it runs. When you're through and out, your knees are soft and you walk slanted, let your friend drag you back to the entrance and ride again. And again. And again. Till you're sick. Then take a slow ride until your stomach relaxes. And then go to the next more exciting rollercoaster... Just. ride, ride and ride. Play adrenaline junkie. One complete day. After that, you'll never be afraid of riding a rollercoaster again.
shewww thats one of my biggest fears..but what i did and do is just suck it up take a deep breathe and just go for it..i almost had a panick attack and everything while getting seated on roller coasters..and even after riding some pretty frightening rides i still get really scared to get on more..lol..but if i want to have fun with whomever im with, the thing to do is just do it..the feeling afterwards is pretty great i think..yet im still scared to get on them..but after the ride is over..im like.."that was awesome!" and i get a sort of rush haha..then the next one i panick again..its weird i guess..
Just relax, don't think about it and just try to have fun. Don't go on any your super scared of... Then your kinda setting yourself up for a bad experience. Take it slow... for me I love roller coasters but I can't deal with to high of a drop..so I just don't go on those kind.
Going through the awesome and extreme experience, or going through sport in which adrenaline is needed, like rappelling.
Unless afraid of heights.
i have fears of rollercoasters and crazy rides but i just make myself go on it but i usually go with a friend its less scary.
well face your fears straight up , start off on little roller coasters of course is the only thing i can think of.
