Are you talking about during forplay or during actual sx. To be able to let go and have an orgsm you first need to know what pleases you and works for you. Msterbation and exploring your own body are great ways to find this out. As far as sx go many young women dont realize that almost 80 percent of women cannot have an orgsm through pentration alone it takes atttention to your cltoris as well. Have him rub it while your on top or reach your owwn hand down there and do it…works well for you and its a great visual for him.

You need to turn your mind off then and just allow yourself to feel whats going on. If your constantly worried about having an orgsm your not going to have one. Dont focus on the end focus on whats going on. Also every woman takes a different amount of time of stmulation to get off.
