I don’t know about your country, but overhere you need no college at all. All you need is to pitch up at your nearest real estate offices, ask them if you can join and generally you just have to write a short entrance exam on some material they’ll give you to study.

I think all you have to do is pass a real Estate test to get your license . You’ll probably have to pay for the license too. (which I think is quite expensive)

I think a real estate agent must have knowledge about properties. He has to deal with parties and a solid network can be helpful for him to get more deals & clients.
