the actual penis doesn't taste like anything. it's just like sucking on a finger, except different texture and size and such. guys don't get wet, but there's stuff called pre-cum, which comes out right before the actual ejaculate. when I blow my boyfriend I never even really notice that, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
