Chew gum, go swimming, eat fruit,go for a lay down if you need to smoke at home, drink fizzy pop. They all helped me but taking some antideppressants really helped. Not saying you need them but maybe a coincidence but as soon as i started taking them i suceeded in stopping.More than 6 months ago still fancied a cig today though,I ate alot of satsumas instead.
i used commit pills for the physical bodily withdrawl effects ......but the only way I got rid of the desire and the lust for cigarettes was through prayer to Jesus. Now the subject don't even cross my mind lest someone asks an opinion.
How much did it cost? I've tried quitting cold turkey which lasted about 3 hours, lol, I've tried the gum, which didn't work obviously, and I've tried the patch, and that only helped for about 2 days.
That sounds good, but I'm just scared if I try and quit cold turkey that I will gain A LOT of weight because when I don't have cigarettes I eat and eat.
Yes i have put on a dress size, there arent too many calories in a satsuma or an apple though.Good luck
I used an electronic cig, I started it in march and now I don't even smoke at all its great
