I had strabismus eye surgery when I was 1 and while successful I still have had trouble getting my eyes to track 3D movies. 3D really bugged me but lately the technology has advanced to the point where even I don't have much trouble. In some movies 3D seems like a gimic but in something like Avatar it made the movie even more immersion. Believe it or not I saw Avatar in 3D at least 5 times. My daughter kept wanting to see it again. I haven't seen any 3D TVs that I thought were good enough but at the theater 3D can be awsome.
I think they are going overboard with the 3D movies, not everyone ha to be in 3D. I saw a movie once and the whole thing made you feel like you were there on a ride the whole time. These movies just show every oncein awhile things coming at you or what not. The best movie I saw was "Haunted Castle" it makes you feel like you are really in that movie its awesome check it out.
I don't see anything so special about it I'd rather watch a movie normally than in 3D. Plus, you have to pay for the glasses each time even when you already have them, I already have a giant bundle of those glasses. As well, those movies seem darker on screen, and make me feel dizzy.
I hate 3D movies. The old style (red and blue lines...) used to give me headaches. I've only ever seen Avatar in the new style. But I still don't like them. To be honest, I'd rather read the book than see the movie anyway.
I see no point in them, when I watch 3-d things I know it's 3-d and for some reason I still see it in 2-d. I dunno how to explain it, but it gives you bad eye sight and I really see no difference, so definately not a fan.
It depends on the movie. I personally prefer Imax, 3D is very overrated in my opinion and sometimes I feel sick depending on what I watch.
I think it's alright. I enjoyed watching Tron: Legacy in 3D. But I'm pretty indifferent to it if it's not there.
I don't really like them. I've only seen 3 3D movies. I just prefer to watch movies normally :/
untill teh russians get their tellies out that dont need glasses ill keep my opinion to myself.
when u watch them in 2d u can totally tell what images were meant for 3d
im tired of it. 1 or 2 a year is acceptable but not every movie.
not to bothered. lasted 16 years just watching a film without 3d
Life is in 3D, go outside and live your own 3D movie.
I don't like them. They make me dizzy. o.e
i like it.
